Accounts
Access is by invitation. We may approve, refuse, or revoke an account at any time. You may not share login credentials. Prices are confidential wholesale pricing for your account and may not be published without our consent.
Orders & payment
An order on this site is a request to purchase. We confirm availability, metal, stones, and ship-to details, then send payment instructions (typically international wire). Production or shipping starts after we receive cleared funds unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not process card payments on this site.
Pricing & metals
Listed prices are wholesale estimates in USD and may change with metal markets, stone cost, or quantity. We lock the price when we confirm the order.
Title & risk
Title transfers when the parcel is handed to the courier, or as stated on the invoice. Risk of loss in transit is covered by the shipping insurance we arrange, subject to the carrier’s terms.
