AMZ Jewelry Factory ships finished fine jewelry from Bangkok, Thailand to wholesale partners worldwide.

Lead time

In-stock pieces typically ship within 2–5 business days after we confirm the order and payment details. Made-to-order and custom pieces usually take 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity, stone availability, and quantity. We confirm the timeline in writing before production starts.

Carriers & insurance

We ship via insured international courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) with tracking. Declared value and insurance are set to the agreed invoice amount unless you request otherwise. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage in the destination country.

Addresses & signatures

Please confirm a deliverable business address and a contact who can receive a high-value package. We may require an adult signature. We are not responsible for delays or loss after a correctly addressed, insured parcel is scanned as delivered.
