Returns, Remakes & Custom Orders

This is a wholesale manufacturing site. Most pieces are made to order in precious metal and natural or lab gemstones.

Made-to-order & custom

Custom and made-to-order pieces are not returnable once production has started, except for a manufacturing defect we caused. We send photos / CAD (when applicable) for approval before casting or setting. Approval in writing is authorization to produce.

Catalog / repeatable styles

If a catalog style is unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery, we can discuss a remake, stone swap, or credit. Return shipping and any duty we cannot recover are the buyer’s responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.

Defects

If something arrives damaged or not as approved, email photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, remake, or credit at our discretion.

Natural gemstones

Carat weight, exact color, and inclusions can vary slightly from photos and listed estimates. That variation is not a defect. See the note on each product page.
